Viktor von Essen founded Libra in 2023. Prior to Libra, Viktor had a decade-long career as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, at global firms and institutions such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and the International Chamber of Commerce. He studied at Bucerius Law School (LL.B), the University of Paris I Panthèon-Sorbonne and Oxford University (MJur).

Viktor founded Libra to bring back balance to legal work, ensuring that lawyers can focus on the work that matters: the strategy and judgement that no algorithm can replace.
